If you don’t find any records for my family, will I get a refund?

When you purchase research from RGS, you are investing in my expertise and my ability to access hard-to-reach records.

 

While I guarantee thorough research, I cannot guarantee the presence of specific records in online resources or institutions, nor can I guarantee that the records found will always contain the information needed to meet your objectives.

Since I will be dedicating time to research on your behalf, I am unable to provide refunds.
