Genealogy research can vary in duration depending on available information and record availability. Typically, research takes several months, depending on the bundle chosen. Occasionally, we may not find all the records we're looking for, but we will leave no stone unturned. Rest assured, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

What happens after I make a payment?

Before payment, I will prepare and organize everything, ensuring all necessary information is in order. This way, once your payment is received, I can promptly start the research process.

If you don’t find any records for my family, will I get a refund?

When you purchase any of our bundles or our hourly rate service, you're investing in my skills and ability to uncover information about your family that you didn't know existed. I will provide thorough research, but I can't guarantee we'll find specific records or that they'll contain all the information you may want. Due to the time-intensive nature of research, refunds are not available.
